Requirements:
- Ideally you will have strong experience within Facilities Management services industry together with mechanical experience as mechanical project / contract manager
- Capable of meeting the required relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and undertaking all necessary assessments on behalf of the business
- Strong experience across mechanical and electrical sectors
- Estimating / Surveying experience
- Quoting and pricing
The Role:
- Asses work projects to determine labour, materials and request best value from our suppliers for new and extra work requirements
- Keep well organised records of business activity
- The management of labour and sub-contract labour
- Visit sites and liaise with clients to develop and build relationships
- Quotations, reports and evaluating our clients needs
