IT Contracts Manager

6 months contract - 500-580 per day INSIDE IR35

Hybrid working - Onsite in Whiteley, Hampshire 1 day per week

We are on the market for an IT Contracts Manager for a successful organisation, who operate in a complex environment with a large IT estate. This will be an important role manging IT contracts, responsible for supporting the procurement of suppliers as well as the commercial management and administration of in-lifecycle contracts to ensure successful delivery.

The role:

  • Developing brilliant relationships with main suppliers / key stakeholders
  • Liaising with peers to review best practices
  • Complying with all cyber security policies & procedures, promoting safe and secure working practices to increase security in the supply chain
  • Supplier negotiation, contract management, administration & support
  • Providing Cost/ Budget / Expenditure management

As such we are looking for an IT Contracts Manager - ideally with Cyber experience - with good skills across:

  • IT procurement
  • Highly numerate and analytical with experience of interpreting numerical data
  • Experience of drafting and interpreting procurement and/or commercial documentation
  • Highly developed drafting and writing skills.
  • IT skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle Purchasing Systems.
  • Brilliant communication skills
