Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join an established, directly authorised firm on a hybrid basis.
The role offers a salary between £28,000 and £45,000 with the potential to earn up to £100k OTE through commission.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor and be Cemap 3 qualified, with CAS status being desirable.
The position includes quality leads provided, admin support, and a flexible working environment with no weekend requirements.

Duties will include:

Provide a quality, compliant and efficient advice service to clients.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.
Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner

You will have:

A minimum of 3 years experience as an Mortgage Advisor
Cemap 3 qualified - CAS status desirable
A forward thinking personality
