Our client is a highly successful design consultancy who due to continued success are seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer. This is avery exciting opportunity to become part of the leadership team and help to influence and shape the ongoing growth of the business for 2025 and beyond.

With a focus onan outstanding level of personal attention to all projects, utilisation ofthe knowledge base, technical expertise, strength of resource and management experience theteam holds. A hands-on approach is delivered on allprojects, with thedirectors being closely involved from inception to completion,ensuringquality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical engineering design team consisting of 10 Electrical Engineers from junior to principal level.
- Develop and implement technical knowledge within the company.
- Manage the successful delivery of electrical design packages.
- Engage with clients, contributing to presentations and external meetings.
- Coordinate with external design teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Provide internal leadership and mentorship to the electrical team.
