Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is currently seeking an Electronics Inspector for a Temp to Perm position. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of the electronic products produced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Final inspection of PCBs, electrical & electronic assemblies
  • Assist in the resolution of quality-related problems
  • Work with the Quality Controller to develop, improve, and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure key performance targets of quality, productivity, and on-time delivery are met
  • Provide QA support as necessary
  • Assist the Quality Controller in diagnosing quality problems
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in inspection, particularly of PCBs and electronic assemblies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to work under own initiative to solve problems
  • Motivated with good time management skills
  • Calm and collected with the ability to work under extreme pressure
  • Structured and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of quality management system procedures within manufacturing
  • ESA & IPC manufacturing experience is desirable
  • Understanding of complex engineering drawings and instructions
