About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electronic / Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team in Fareham. This role is ideal for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional passionate about electronic assembly and modification. You will work on a range of electronic assembly and modification projects, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to cutting-edge innovations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and modify cable harnesses for 24VDC power systems, high-integrity signals, and RF applications.

  • Modify SMT PCBAs, including installing connectors and other components.

  • Implement modifications to off-the-shelf products to meet specific project needs.

  • Assemble and integrate box build enclosures.

  • Read, interpret, and work from circuit diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.

  • Utilise computer applications, including standard Office packages, for documentation and reporting.

  • Flash firmware onto microcontrollers (desirable but not essential).



Personal Qualities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
