Job Title: Electronic / Electrical Technician
Location: Fareham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
Overtime available, no weekend working.
Salary: 26,000 - 35,000.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic / Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team in Fareham. This role is ideal for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional passionate about electronic assembly and modification. You will work on a range of electronic assembly and modification projects, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to cutting-edge innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture and modify cable harnesses for 24VDC power systems, high-integrity signals, and RF applications.
Modify SMT PCBAs, including installing connectors and other components.
Implement modifications to off-the-shelf products to meet specific project needs.
Assemble and integrate box build enclosures.
Read, interpret, and work from circuit diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
Utilise computer applications, including standard Office packages, for documentation and reporting.
Flash firmware onto microcontrollers (desirable but not essential).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
