Recruitment Consultant - Process & Energy
Blueprint is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Process & Energy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The position is focused on business development and client relationship management.
To apply for this position, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK. You must also be able to commute to the office full time, Monday - Friday.
Basic Salary - £27,000 - £32,000
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Years of experience required: 1 - 5 yrs.

This Role will include:
- Managing and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their industry, company culture, and recruitment needs.
- Creating compelling job ads and promote vacancies across platforms such as LinkedIn, to attract diverse candidates.
- Negotiating terms and finalise placements, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and candidates.
