Finance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a brilliant organisation in Whiteley, Hampshire. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a finance team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, and supporting senior management with accurate financial reporting. 

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
• Oversee Sales & Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, and Finance Administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Finance Director with management accounts preparation, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager role:

• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, managing teams and financial operations.
• Strong technical accounting skills, including payroll, and credit control.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to foster collaboration across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
