  • Overseeing accounting teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting.
  • Ensuring financial statements adhere to IFRS/UK GAAP or other appropriate standards.
  • Driving business change and participating in group-wide projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, attending client meetings, and liaising with auditors.
  • Developing and enhancing team procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and contributing to the development of training programmes.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Financial Accounting Manager vacancy:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent knowledge of industry legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, NAV calculations, and capital statements.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing accounting teams, with strong client service skills.
