• Ideally a Chartered Financial Planner with experience of developing team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored financial advice on retirement, legacy planning, protection, and investments
• Build and foster long-term relationships with clients, business owners, families, and trusts
• Ensure a client-first approach while adhering to regulatory standards
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and industry regulations
• Mentor and lead a small team of advisers, maintaining high professional standards

About You:

• Currently working as a Financial Planner, ideally Chartered or close to achieving the designation
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, ISAs, bonds, and protection products
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior advisers
• Excellent time management, decision-making skills, and a client-centric mindset
