This well-established firm is currently experiencing a period of sustained growth, creating an exciting opportunity for an Adviser Development Manager to join their team.

About the Role: As an Adviser Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding a team of financial advisers to enhance their skills, grow their client base, and achieve business objectives. The focus will be on developing newly qualified advisers, helping them transition into successful professionals through effective coaching, observation, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of advisers in building and executing plans to attract new clients, service existing clients, and grow revenues in line with company goals.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to newly qualified advisers, helping them to integrate effectively and develop their competence.
  • Periodically support more experienced advisers with their development needs.
  • Maintain a culture aligned with company values and the current regulatory environment.
  • Influence both company growth and the skills development of advisers through continuous improvement of knowledge, client-facing skills, and confidence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, sales management, and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of motivating and leading a team of Financial Planners to achieve their goals.
  • Client-centric mindset, commercial acumen, and CF30 experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
