- Manage business submissions through to case completion, ensuring all files are complete.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of key platforms/providers and the Intelliflo back-office system.
- Produce meeting packs, portfolio reports, and Suitability Reports for client meetings.
- Process and manage Letters of Authority, ensuring accurate information is entered into Intelliflo.
- Proactively handle client communications and provide updates on pending cases.
- Support diary management and coordinate meeting/training rooms.
- Clear understanding of the financial planning process.
- Ability to produce professional work to support the advice process.
