Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a nationwide Independent Financial Planning firm on the recruit of an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their experience and growing team! The purpose of this role is to offer high-level administrative support to the Advisers. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the new client process and liaising with Advisers, Management, and Clients to deliver excellent service. The role requires initiative and dependability in supporting the business owners and enhancing the existing support function.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business submissions through to case completion, ensuring all files are complete.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of key platforms/providers and the Intelliflo back-office system.
  • Produce meeting packs, portfolio reports, and Suitability Reports for client meetings.
  • Process and manage Letters of Authority, ensuring accurate information is entered into Intelliflo.
  • Proactively handle client communications and provide updates on pending cases.
  • Support diary management and coordinate meeting/training rooms.
Relevant Skills and Experience
  • Clear understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Ability to produce professional work to support the advice process.
  • Previous experience within the industry
  • Excellent communication written and verbal
