Job Description: They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join a well-qualified and established team. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) and ideally will be progressing towards Level 6 Chartered status. You will possess strong knowledge of cashflow modelling. This role is crucial in supporting financial planners by preparing detailed financial plans and reports, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans and reports for clients
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis on financial products and services
  • Utilise cashflow modelling software (Voyant) to create accurate financial projections
  • Assist financial planners in developing and implementing client strategies
  • Ensure all advice and documentation comply with regulatory standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning products and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS) is essential
  • Proven experience in cashflow modelling
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
