The role will initially focus on supporting a team of experienced Financial Planners, providing both administrative and paraplanning support while developing your skills. You will take ownership of client relationships from start to finish, ensuring that administration and paraplanning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior Financial Planners and the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients. You will be a vital part of the team and have a genuine impact on the advice given to clients. The firm will provide full on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance to support your development into an advisory position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting Financial Planners with administrative and paraplanning tasks
  • Taking ownership of client relationships and ensuring an excellent client experience
  • Preparing suitability reports, financial planning cash-flow models, and technical research
  • Assisting with client meetings, diary management, and liaising with providers
  • Developing technical knowledge and advisory skills under the guidance of experienced professionals

Candidate requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
  • A strong desire to progress into an advisory role
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment is beneficial but not essential
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
