Our administration team provides invaluable support that helps ensure we deliver the best experience for our clients.

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our fulfilment team - someone who understands the importance of delivering on deadline with accuracy and efficiency and, ideally, with a smile!

Key tasks include:

  • Posting jobs online and across social media
  • Proofreading and copy-editing advert content
  • Performing media research
  • Booking media space and negotiating rates
  • Database updates, answering switchboard calls and greeting visitors.

You’ll have:

  • An exceptional grasp of the English language
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • A calm, proactive and methodical approach to your work
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • An amazing ability to prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
