Fulfilment Administrator 

Location:  Whiteley, Fareham

Salary: £24,000 Per Annum 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 4:30pm (30 minute lunch break) 

Start date: Immediate

The task at hand: As a Fulfilment Administrator at Onecom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfilment process. Your responsibilities will include verifying stock and returns and carrying out pick, pack, and dispatch operations.

Successful candidates must have Right To Work in the UK and will be subject to a Basic DBS check prior to starting. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures for mobile device returns
  • Efficiently carry out dispatch and returns processes
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Process datasets related to third-party shipments
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and coordination
  • Perform stock takes to minimise losses

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in warehouse or shop floor environments
  • Demonstrated adaptability and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
