A Head of Engineering is required for a busy multi-disciplinary design company based in the Fareham area. You will take responsibility for department management, project management and engineering management. This will involve management and technical oversight of multiple concurrent design projects.

With responsibility for a multidisciplinary team, with a mix of Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Engineers along with Project Management, you will lead the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is currently a team of around 15. Furthermore you will ensure that the technical capabilities of the department provide a benchmark of excellence for all current projects in order to secure future business.

The successful candidate will have a background within a similar role as the head of a multi disciplinary engineering team. This will include both strong technical knowledge along with excellent and proven team management experience.
