- Handling insurance renewals, discussing client needs, and advising on suitable cover
- Processing policies via e-trade platforms (Acturis)
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls and prioritising tasks effectively
- Specialising in micro General SME insurance (shops, offices, tradespeople, etc.)
- Handling approximately 140 policies per month (35 per week)
- Working within a dynamic and collaborative team
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload? Resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively? Open on experience! - recent graduates are welcome, and full training is provided? Sales experience is a plus but not essential
Full-time, Monday to Friday on a rolling shift basis
