Renewals Representative - Insurance

Location: Fareham (Office-Based, Mon- Fri)Salary:£20,000 - £28,000 + Monthly Bonuses (£650 on Average, up to £1,000)

The Role
  • Handling insurance renewals, discussing client needs, and advising on suitable cover
  • Processing policies via e-trade platforms (Acturis)
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Specialising in micro General SME insurance (shops, offices, tradespeople, etc.)
  • Handling approximately 140 policies per month (35 per week)
  • Working within a dynamic and collaborative team
What We’re Looking For...

? Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload? Resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively? Open on experience! - recent graduates are welcome, and full training is provided? Sales experience is a plus but not essential

Full-time, Monday to Friday on a rolling shift basis
