The Junior Software Developer will be designing, developing, delivering and maintaining software solutions across the entire business in Java and J2EE technologies. You will work on a wide range of projects such as Restful API design and development, as well as integration with third party APIs.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying system improvements.
- Design and development of existing and new APIs.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders and clients to ensure the needs of the business and our customers are met
- An ability to independently learn new skills and techniques to solve a problem or complete a task
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in developing desktop applications using Java 8
- Hands-on experience in Restful API design and developing Microservices using Java 8
- Experience in database design and development
- Experience of source code control systems such as Git
