Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a new Paraplanner for a successful SJP firm, offering a full-time hybrid or remote position.
The basic salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, complemented by a generous benefits package.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Paraplanning role and a strong background in financial services.
Ideal applicants should have previous experience with an SJP firm and familiarity with systems like Salesforce and Voyant.
The role requires excellent customer service skills, time management, and the ability to manage one's own workload effectively.

Reed Specialist Recruitment are proud to be representing a highly successful and ambitious SJP firm, who are looking for a new Paraplanner to join their team and help the Advisers. The successful candidate would be employed full-time, and would be able to work on a hybrid basis (or fully remotely) from any of the following locations -

Whiteley (PO15)
Broadstone (BH18)
Totton (SO40)
Tunbridge Wels (TN3)

In return, the company are looking for someone who has -

2+ years' experience in a Paraplanning role, with a strong financial services background
Ideally previous experience working for an SJP firm and familiarity with their existing systems (Salesforce & Voyant especially)
Excellent customer service, time management and prioritisation skills
A natural resilience allowing them to cope with a challenging role and stay calm under pressure
The ability to take responsibility for their own workload and use their initiative
A collaborative nature allowing them to build and maintain internal and external relationships
