We are seeking a confident, dynamic Sales Lead Generator to manage all non-site specific e-mail/telephone enquiries generated by marketing activity, from the Regency Living website, via social media and to convert enquiries to appointments for follow up by Sales Advisors. Key responsibilities in this role are:
- To data-mine the CRM system to identify "inactive"/warm leads from past enquiries and convert into active leads/appointments for allocation to the appropriate geographically based Sales Advisor.
- To qualify and convert all hot leads to viewings received from the website, marketing activity, social media etc and distribute to geographically appropriate Sales Advisor.
- To enter the detail of all discussions with customers onto the CRM system ensuring that Sales Advisors have all essential and non-essential data recorded to be able to establish a relationship with the customer and generate a sale.
- To follow up all enquiries with a telephone call and/or e-mailed acknowledgement and manage leads for the entirety of their lifespan keeping customer and Sales Advisors up to date during every part of the sales/enquiry process.
- To quickly establish rapport and relationships in order to maximise viewings.
- To enter accurate data onto the CRM system in a way which enables the Sales Advisor to maximise on an established relationship
The successful candidate will be required to work from 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, possess exceptional customer service skills, be proficient in IT systems for sales purposes and be able to maximise on buying signals.
