Sales Executive Role:

Interaction are proudly partnered with a leading Telecoms company who, due to a period of growth, are looking to welcome 5 highly motivated and tenacious Sales Executives to join their fast-paced Fareham office. This role will involve selling telecommunications equipment such as phone lines, broadband, Wi-Fi, cloud, mobiles and networks. The successful candidate will the first point of call for all new customers, sourced through both outbound cold calls and warm inbound calls. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through cold calling. As full training will be provided, no sales experience is required for this role. 

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads, prospect/qualify said leads and close sales where possible.
  • Be the first point of contact to new customers relating to their telecoms systems.
  • Make quality cold calls with the intention of closing sales and picking up leads.
  • Find out the client’s needs and their motivation for buying.
  • After assessing your customer's requirements, book them in for an appointment for a site visit for the installation of the goods.
  • Build and nurture your own customer pipeline.
  • Update activity on company system.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.

The successful Sales Executive will be:

  • Tenacious
  • Goal orientated and results driven.
  • Tech savvy - able to utilise Excel/Microsoft programs. 
  • Customer-focused. 
  • Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Exceptionally target driven/money motivated.
