What will you be doing?

This position will report to the Supply Chain & Planning Manager and will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of procurement, inventory, manufacturing and delivery across the end-to-end product lifecycle of our finished products and components. Additionally, it will be responsible for modelling and configuring the business planning tool for products and component parts and for generating production capacity data.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the greater business by delivering the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
  • Schedule new requirements in Production, dependent on the availability of material and capacity
  • Understand and manage inventory commitments in the supply chain and stocking levels as they relate to products and demand
  • Review demand by geographic region or other categorisation to provide support to stakeholders and enable alignment with business strategies
  • Ensure effective monthly demand plan is in place across all value streams to identify and resolve significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances
  • Running shipping and production plan meetings ensuring the latest information is available and acted upon
  • Review, improve and continuously develop internal processes to increase their efficiency, quality and Effectiveness

About You

We are seeking a data driven candidate who has a strong Microsoft Excel skillset and high-level attention to detail that is looking to develop their planning and scheduling skills within a growing and developing global business. Having knowledge of an electronic or electrical component assembly environment and exposure to ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics AX, would be highly advantageous but are not considered essential.

This role requires preparedness to undergo Security Screening to SC level.
