Act as the first point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals, providing a professional and compassionate service. ? Manage inbound and outbound calls, handling queries and scheduling appointments. ? Perform general administrative tasks, including document management, appointment reminders, and referral processing. ? Maintain clinic schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey. ? Process patient referrals, prescriptions, and electronic records with accuracy. ? Liaise with external services such as GP practices and pharmacies. ? Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation. ? Support the clinical team with data entry, reporting, and patient communication. What We’re Looking for in a Healthcare Administrator:?? Previous experience in healthcare administration or a similar administrator role within the medical or healthcare industry - ideal but not essential ?? Strong organisational and time-management skills. ?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?? Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. ??
