About the Role:We are seeking three Care Navigators to join our clients growing team in delivering essential ADHD care. They provide high quality healthcare services, supporting patients through innovating technology and expert professionals.

You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely and efficient support throughout their care pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and emails, assisting patients and healthcare professionals with queries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, including cancellations, reminders, and referral processing.
  • Provide administrative support, including processing referrals and prescriptions, administering patient letters and reports, and updating records.
  • Efficiently use Microsoft Office and System One to manage patient data.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Experience using System One or EMIS systems.
  • Preferred experience in Primary Care settings (e.g., GP practice, pharmacy, dental services, NHS walk-in centres).
  • Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A positive, flexible, and eager-to-learn attitude.
