About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school. While no formal qualifications are required, experience working with children in an educational or support setting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons
- Working 1:1 or with small groups of students
- Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Encouraging student engagement and confidence
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (e.g. in a school, tutoring, coaching, childcare, or youth work)
- A proactive and supportive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for education and helping young learners thrive
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
