Training Support Administrator
£26,000, Portchester, 37.5 hours p/w, 20 days holiday plus bank holiday, free parking on site
The Role
The position of Training Support Administrator offers an excellent opportunity to join one of the South's leading Training Companies. This role provides administrative and learner support to the team actively playing a key part in learner engagement throughout their apprenticeship and ensuring a successful journey.
Key duties include:
- Telephone enquiries / follow up
- Email out taster day/open day invites/update database
- Set up learner/employer details on IT systems
- Engage with employers and apprentices
- Input, update and maintain company CRM databases to ensure customer data, communication records and contact information are recorded accurately
- Inputting, updating and maintaining funding database
- Support in ensuring funding rules and contract requirements are adhered to o Maintaining electronic files
- Support with learner concerns and issues
- General office duties and curriculum support
- Oversee the completion of on-programme surveys
- Claiming and processing learner certificates
- Coordinate exam bookings for learners
Requirements
It is essential that you have a strong background in administration. Experience should include customer service and call handling. Advanced use of Excel and CRM software would be advantageous. You will be professional, conscientious, committed, flexible and caring. You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, possess good organizational and general admin skills and have a welcoming telephone manner.

My client provides specialist training to the Building Engineering Services Sector. They have been delivering gas, plumbing and electrical apprenticeships since 2004. Apprentices on their programmes benefit from a wealth of industry experience amongst their training team, as well as extensively equipped workshop facilities and structured learning programmes.
The role of Training Support Administrator provides an excellent opportunity to work in a small friendly team who all play an active part in the learner engagement of the Apprentices on the courses. You will enjoy working with young people (a significant number of the apprentices are under 19) and have a caring and understanding nature.
Package
Salary £26,000
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday flexible between 8am to 5pm
