- Educating, motivating, and empowering managers to support and engage their teams
- Advising senior managers on a range of ER cases in line with company policy and procedure and relevant legislation
- Educating and empowering managers to successfully manage and support their teams
- Advising and guiding on attendance, performance, wellbeing, engagement, development, and retention
- Overseeing the employee lifecycle, including preparing new starter contracts, processing reference requests, maintaining employee records, and managing exits
- CIPD Level 5

- Ability to maintain skills knowledge, particularly relation to Employee Legislation, using own initiative
