CMA HR Division is working exclusively to recruit an HR Business Partner for a growing organisation based in Fareham, Hampshire. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will collaborate with managers to help them achieve business objectives by providing timely and practical advice on a range of people issues.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • Supporting employment legislation, including TUPE, the Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and the ACAS Code of Practice.
  • Providing coaching and support to managers and staff on a range of employment and HR issues.
  • Managing absence effectively and professionally.
  • Addressing issues related to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Supporting employee wellbeing projects.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

  • CIPD level 5 qualification (desirable)
  • Experience of working on employee relations cases
