Spectrum IT has partnered with a leading business IT, Telecoms and connectivity provider, in the Whiteley area. Having had massive success and growing the team in 2024 they have ambitious growth plans for 2025 and are hiring again for their service desk team. The business is still small, approx. 40 people in size but growing steadily and they have an excellent company culture underpinned by their involvement in the local community from donations to charities and fundraising events for local sports teams.

Must have skills/experience:

  • Experience in an MSP environment or supporting multiple different customers IT infrastructure
  • Experience being field based, travelling to customer sites and providing on-site support
  • Strong network support skills
  • Strong Microsoft/windows support skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Strong communication and customers service skills
  • Experience of 2nd line support
  • Full UK driving license

Beneficial skills/Experience:

  • Any Microsoft Support qualifications
  • Any Networking qualifications E.G. CCNA, CCNP, Comptia Network+
  • 5+ year's experience in IT Support experience
