A leading ATC client is seeking a Systems Engineer for a contract position focused on a key project.
The role involves installation, integration, and ongoing support of a new technical solution.
Candidates should have experience in network and IT infrastructure, communication systems installation, and project delivery.
The position requires effective communication with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have several years of relevant experience.

A leading ATC client of ours is currently in the market for a Systems Engineer to join the team on a contract basis to work on a key project. In the role you will be responsible for both installation and support of a brand-new solution.

Your Main Responsibilities

Communicating with customers about all technical issues and providing first class customer service
Installing, integrating, commissioning the system/ solutions and getting system (s) operational
Provide ongoing support to the system/ solutions
Planning, creating & coordinating data/information to implement the technical solution (s)
Trouble shooting - organising measures in connection with technical issues to remedy system errors
Collaborate with Solution Architect for decisions on implementation of complex technical solutions & system optimisation
Inspecting and accepting products from sub suppliers and partners prior to implementation
Create & review the system (s) technical documentation and interfaces
Collaboration with Competence centres (Vienna/ Canada) and relevant internal stakeholders.
