The RoleYou will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Wealth Operations to enhance digital transformation and improve the quality of financial advice processes, reports, and client engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Template Creation & Maintenance: Enhancing templates to meet client needs, regulatory standards, and improve user experience.
  • Process and Document Automation: Driving efficiency through tools like Smartflows, automating workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality advisory outputs.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with paraplanners, operational teams, and stakeholders to standardise and innovate processes.
  • Testing & Reporting: Ensuring robust, real-time reporting and seamless integration across systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) required; Level 6 qualification or progress towards it preferred.
  • A tech-savvy individual with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and basic coding experience.
  • Passion for driving change, improving efficiency, and delivering client-centric solutions.
