We are looking for a Commercial Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of property claims from the initial field visit to settlement, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and audit criteria. This role involves meeting monthly settlement and financial targets set by your line manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from start to finish within client SLAs
- Meet monthly settlement and financial targets
- Work autonomously with regular support from your line manager
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling commercial claims
- Commitment to achieving ACII and ACILA qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Strong customer focus and track record of outstanding service
- Flexible and adaptable during busy periods
- Full UK Driving Licence
