The Role:

This role will focus on outbound shipping for large OEM's using components built from this business. You will be responsible for all things outbound shipping around trade compliance, proper process, customer requirements/specifications, and the creating of the shipment and planning the routes. If you are wanting to expand your shipping experience, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Focus on the outbound shipping of Aerospace components built to be sent to customer OEM's
  • Book freight forwarding, track deliveries, monitor paperwork, and keep to outbound process
  • Follow SAP process and customer software for process compliance
  • Responsible for compliance, trade compliance both UK based and international, and shipping process standards.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar shipping role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment when dealing with shipping compliance
  • Good knowledge of keeping to compliance standards and following protocol
  • Strong desirable to have Aerospace industry experience in this shipping role
