What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide critical EHS and security support to the EHS Manager at their Fareham site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of EHS activities and objectives.
  • Supporting EHS performance reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Assuring timely closure of EHS and agency findings.
  • Contributing to the development of a robust EHS culture through engagement and team processes.
  • Performing risk assessments to identify and mitigate EHS hazards.
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate training records for site personnel.
  • Collaborating on operational controls, preventive maintenance, and action resolution.
  • Promoting a zero-incident safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in environmental, health, and safety program management.
  • A NEBOSH Certificate in occupational safety (or equivalent).
  • Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, or CHMM) is recommended.
  • Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
