Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a key project in Fareham. This role will involve managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule for its duration of 6 - 10 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, specifically National Grid standards
- Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, particularly in substation civils projects
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- IPAF
- Temp Works Experience / Awareness
- Health Safety
