A great opportunity has arisen for a marketer to join an international group in the tech sector. Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for campaign management and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing, in line with business objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analysing metrics to determine success and areas for improvement, and reporting insights to the Group Marketing Manager.
  • Create engaging and targeted content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, press releases, and social media
  • Work with the design team to develop visually appealing content that aligns with the brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Support the optimisation of the company’s website, updating content, and ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Conduct paid and organic social media efforts, tracking engagement and continually improving social media presence to drive growth and engagement.
  • Execute and monitor lead generation activities, including landing pages, email marketing, and online advertising, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads, ensuring they are engaged through targeted follow-up and personalised communications.
  • Conduct research on target sectors, competitors, and trends to inform the development of targeted marketing strategies
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and provide regular updates and insights to the Group Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and promotion of industry events, trade shows, and webinars to maximise exposure and lead generation
  • Update and maintain CRM records, tracking and documenting customer interactions, lead status, and engagement details.

Skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally within B2B sectors.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field, or alternatively CIM qualified
  • Proven experience in campaign management, content development, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with industry events, trade shows, or customer webinars.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and CRM systems
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital, social media, and print.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
