Practice Nurse, Gosport

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse, with recent experience within General Practice, to work with one of the most forward-thinking surgeries in the area.

This surgery is at the forefront of driving change and expanding clinical services to the local area. You will be able to make a huge difference to local services and by driving change in the surgery, you will make a massive difference to the local patient population and community as a whole.

Salary – £37,050 to £46,800 per annum (full time equivalent) + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave

Your role –

• Part-time role – work anywhere from 16 to 30 hours per week
• Full time is possible, but not preferred
• Mixture of long-term condition management and traditional practice nurse duties
• 5-30 minute appointment times
• Entirely face to face appointments
• Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
• Chance to pursue specialist interests
• MUST have experience treating Asthma and COPD
• MUST have experience within Primary Care
