Role: Office Manager

Location: Portsmouth (Initial travel will be involved)

Salary: Up to £35k per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
