Role: Office Manager
Location: Portsmouth (Initial travel will be involved)
Salary: Up to £35k per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
