As a Payroll Specialist you will:

  • Partner with payroll vendors to facilitate end-to-end payroll processing for a specific group of countries within the region.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
  • Handle complex pay-impacting transactions, including equity, global mobility, and benefits.
  • Monitor compliance with local regulations and requirements across assigned markets.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Desire: We are looking for candidates with:

  • 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-country payroll processes.
  • Strong technical background in payroll systems
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with regional multi-language operations and regulatory environments (preferred).
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills.
