Description
The key responsibilities for Payroll Officer are as follows:- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines.
- Input payroll data, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems.
- Monitor statutory payments.
- Process accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting when required.
- Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems.
- Administer end-to-end payroll processes and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
- Address payroll-related queries from clients.
- Provide first-line support for pay-related queries.
- Peer review payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
- Undertake general administrative duties and collaborate within the payroll hub.
- Build strong client relationships.
