Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist in Fareham
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, including statutory deductions and benefits.
- Submit RTI filings and ensure compliance with payroll legislation.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and manage on boarding and leaver processes.
- Maintain payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR/Finance teams and identify process improvements.
