Multi Skilled Plumber (Commercial and domestic) required in Portsmouth (Local travel- Van and fuel card provided)

Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Salary £38.5K

Monday to Friday + Overtime available!

Plumbing Experience/ qualifications required: *Level 2 Plumbing qualification*2+ years experience*Drivers license*Experience in a similar role (Commercial experience in schools beneficial) What will you be doing in this Multi Skilled Plumber role?

A wide variety of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs for local authorities (reactive and void works), education providers in occupied student accommodation, commercial buildings, lecture theatres, and offices and along with works in ancient monuments.
The work will include fitting of various types of sanitary ware first and second fixing Pipework, various servicing of PPM and reactive first-time fix repairs. There will also be work on unvented systems.
As well as being able to carry out minor carpentry, tiling and minor decorative works.
