A Multi Skilled Plumber is required in Portsmouth for a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £38.5K, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
Candidates should have a Level 2 Plumbing qualification, at least 2 years of experience, and a driver's license, with commercial experience in schools being beneficial.
The role involves a variety of plumbing repairs for local authorities and educational providers, including fitting sanitary ware and servicing PPM and reactive repairs.

A wide variety of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs for local authorities (reactive and void works), education providers in occupied student accommodation, commercial buildings, lecture theatres, and offices and along with works in ancient monuments.
The work will include fitting of various types of sanitary ware first and second fixing Pipework, various servicing of PPM and reactive first-time fix repairs. There will also be work on unvented systems.
As well as being able to carry out minor carpentry, tiling and minor decorative works.
