ResponsibilitiesManagement of compliance including auditable standards, throughout the factory; · To implement improvements to the Compliance systems both proactively and reactively and ensure that wherever possible technology is utilized.· To proactively identify compliance requirements (within standards, legislation and customer standards) and ensure compliance before commencement dates.· To ensure audit preparation is adequate to eliminate non conformities to a stretch target of zero for external standards.· To ensure that the internal audit system is effective in both ensuring compliance and driving improvement.· To host external audits ensuring that all auditor needs are met.· To identify compliance training needs and ensure compliance training of all staff is adequate for the role carried out. To carry out training sessions, review induction material etc as required· To review all current compliance systems and make recommendations to streamline and reduce manual effort, whilst improving compliance.· To harmonize where possible the Compliance systems between Gosport and Group ensuring best practice learning, and improvement is applied.Compliance standards include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, PEFC CoCRequirements· Experience of managing compliance of any auditable standards within a manufacturing role· ANY standards experience including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, BRC, PEFC CoC (BRC is most desirable but by no means essential)· Quality or Compliance background but must be within manufacturing· Qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience· Management of audits and customer visits· Proven communication and teamwork skills· Good computer skills· Drive and hunger to be successful and progressionIf this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Wesley at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
