A Primary school in Fareham is seeking a confident Teaching Assistant to start immediately on a full-time basis.
Candidates must have experience working with children with special educational needs (SEND) and demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
The role requires a calm, patient, and empathetic approach to support pupils with complex behaviours and learning needs.
An enhanced DBS check is required, and assistance will be provided for those who do not have one.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, ideally requiring at least one year of relevant experience.

Academics are looking for a strong, confident Teaching Assistant to support children within the classroom at a warm friendly Primary school in Fareham. This is to start immediately on a full time basis.

To be considered for work as a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to confidently work with pupils who have complex behaviours and learning needs. You will need to support the pupil's independent learning and progress in accordance with the schools ethos and behaviour management strategies.
