You will be working on the night shift Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am as a Cell Leader you will be given distribution targets on a daily basis to ensure maximum efficiency for the business. You role will be to lead the team to ensure these targets are met on time and in full. You will be in a line management position and have a team report into you so people management is imperative to this position.
Working Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will also receive some great additional benefits inclusive of holiday pension contribution, on site costa coffee and more.
Paying upto 34,500pa inclusive of shift allowance.
What do you need?
- Excellent people management
- Go getter attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Experience within a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SAP systems
