28k-32k Basic Salary + Pension
Location - Whiteley, Hampshire
Alecto Recruitment are proud to be working with an ever-expanding renewables company specialising in Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging systems across the UK!
They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team in Whiteley.
Job Summary:
- Up to 28k-32k salary + 25 days holiday, bank holidays & pension.
- Daily tracking of contracts and projects.
- Liase with the project delivery team, keeping stakeholders informed about the project's progression.
- Build and develop the Project Management capability.
- Oversee finance and contracts administration in cooperation with the Contracting and Procurement Manager.
- Planning workloads, managing engineers/staff, scheduling works, organising sub-contractors, diary management.
- Ensure all key project documents are version controlled and filed appropriately.
- Office based in Whiteley.
- Standard hours are 8am-5pm.
What we are looking for:
- Must have previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator type position.
- Ideally experience in the Solar PV, Battery Storage or EV industry - however experience in a related construction, engineering, M&E or building services sector can be considered.
- Full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points) is ideal
- Can work successfully with a team
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
