A unique opportunity has become available for a Part Time Customer Service advisor to be at the forefront of a flagship and innovative new development in Hampshire.

With extensive training and guidance, you will deliver the ethos celebrating the lifestyle opportunity to work and play within an innovative development which uses time honoured traditions of place making alongside some of the latest cutting edge technology from a number of regional developers.

Key Functions of the role:

  • Greeting and engaging with clients on arrival at a purpose built Welcome Centre
  • Delivering the overall vision of the development
  • Ensuring the visual presentation of the Welcome site and direct area remains high at all times
  • Operating the Welcome Centre immersion technology
  • Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Liaison with team members and other indirect site members

Skills & Experience:

  • Expert face to face customer interaction and support
  • Eloquent and engaging speaker
  • High energy and confident when advising clients
  • Comfortable managing client expectations with professionalism and poise
  • Technology confident
  • An understanding of the residential property cycle preferred but other sectors considered if relevance can be demonstrated effectively
  • Soft sell skills

Package and working rota:

  • £30,000 pro rata salary with the flexibility to work either 3 or 4 days a week (9:30am - 5:30pm) with weekend work also required on rota
  • 25 days holiday pro rata
  • On site parking
