- Maintaining relationships between internal mortgage advisors, client services teams, and external relationships with Lenders, Solicitors and Estate Agents.
- Provide outstanding customer service, both written and verbal to ensure a speedy and accurate process for the buyer
- Providing updates to all parties
- Liaise with Lenders, Solicitors and clients to buyers so you can progress the mortgage applications as efficiently and timely as possible
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data
- Experience within customer facing roles
- Property industry experience / knowledge
- Confidence in phone communications
- Responds well to working to time deadlines and busy work day
